Pilates is widely recognised as a structurally sound way of keeping the body strong and flexible. Our goal is to tailor make a Pilates program so you can reach your full potential, and return to your optimal level of function. At Whittlesea Physiotherapy, our physiotherapists have found Pilates extremely effective for:

We are able to provide a comprehensive individualised Pilates Equipment and matwork program to address your specific needs, as we know you are all different and require varying programs.

 

Our Pilates studio includes rehabilitation facilities for individual and small group programs on specialized equipment including The Reformer, Trapeze, Wunda Chair, The Oov, resistance bands, rollers and rings.
