Box Fit combines calorie burning bouts of cardio with muscle-building strength moves to improve body composition and muscle endurance. The muscles of your upper and lower body as well as core muscles work together to enable accurate and powerful punching of the pads.
Body weight exercises are also incorporated into the boxing combinations to ensure a total body workout that keeps burn- ing calories hours after the session has finished. Resistance training exercises also helps strengthen your bones, liga- ments and tendons and may help reduce the development of osteoporosis.
Box Fit improves hand-eye co-ordination, speed and agility by teaching you to accurately hit the target and co-ordinate the sequence of punches, kicks, elbows and knees. All boxing gloves, inner gloves and focus pads are supplied. Punching techniques and combinations are demonstrated, ex- plained and taught to every participant.
