About the role:
This is a permanent full-time position for a physiotherapist who is looking for a long-term home, not just their next role. Part-time will be considered for the right candidate.
You will manage a varied and rewarding caseload spanning musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, and the full spectrum of private practice presentations. As you settle in, there are opportunities to contribute to our Clinical Pilates program, Concussion Management service, and our Sponsored Athlete Program, where you can work with young local athletes through tailored one-on-one and group sessions. Our onsite half-basketball and netball court also provides a fantastic setting for functional rehabilitation and sports-specific work.
If you have experience or a genuine interest in concussion management, Clinical Pilates or specialised exercise services that is an advantage and something we actively support you to develop further.

We are a well-equipped, modern clinic known for delivering exceptional, client-centred physiotherapy, Concussion Management (we are the only CCMI-certified and NFNL-recommended concussion clinic in the region), Clinical Pilates, Women’s Health physiotherapy, and a broad range of evidence-based group programs.

OPPORTUNITY FOR ACCREDITED EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST
A fantastic opportunity exists for a part-time Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join our team in a well-established Physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates and Concussion Clinic
Whittlesea Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates is committed to seeing everyone in our community reaching their full potential in fitness, health and well-being. We inspire and assist our community to achieve the best possible outcomes using best-practice hands-on, educational and exercise-based care.
ABOUT YOU:
The successful applicant will conduct Exercise Physiology consultations for private and compensable clients in 1-1 and group settings. The caseload includes chronic disease management, acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, strength and conditioning, pre/ post-natal care, Clinical Pilates assessments, small group and individual Clinical Pilates equipment, a broad range of exercise programs and optional yoga sessions. You will also have the ability to undertake further training to assist with Concussion Services including Baseline Testing, exertional testing for return-to-sport readiness and sub-symptom threshold exercise programs.
The applicant must be enthusiastic, passionate about exercise and having a positive impact on people’s lives using a holistic approach. Experience in private practice, excellent interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. Training and experience in Yoga and Pilates is desirable.
Registration with ESSA, professional indemnity insurance, current First Aid, CPR and Police Check is required. You must have full rights to work in Australia.

We are seeking a Full Time Receptionist / Client Experience Officer who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service, holistic healthcare and wellbeing, and is looking for a long-term career opportunity within a supportive and professional team.
ABOUT the role:
This position is 38 hours per week across 5 days and is an in-person role based at our Whittlesea clinic.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming, professional and caring experience. You will support our physiotherapists and team through efficient administration, organisation and communication, helping ensure the clinic runs smoothly every day.
This is a diverse role that combines reception, administration and client experience responsibilities. Duties include:
- Managing a busy reception desk and multiple phone lines
- Scheduling and optimising appointments through dynamic diary management
- Assisting clients in person, over the phone and via email
- Registering new clients and ensuring accurate client records
- Processing payments, health fund claims and administrative paperwork
- Maintaining accurate data entry and documentation
- Supporting clinicians with administrative tasks and client communications
- Managing enquiries and following up client requests
- Contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic
- Assisting with clinic organisation, stock management and general administration
- Working proactively to continually enhance the client experience
This role would suit an experienced receptionist, administrator or client service professional who enjoys taking ownership of their role, using initiative and contributing to a positive team culture.
