Clinical Pilates – An individualised program designed by the physiotherapist to target specific needs of each client. Great low impact program performed on equipment to help improve core strength, flexibility, fitness and overall muscle strength.
Matwork Pilates – A generalised Pilates class that is performed on a mat on the floor. Matwork Pilates also helps to improve core strength, flexibility and overall muscle strength.
Nordic Walking – A lower and upper body workout that uses car- bon fibre poles to aid walking and reduce the impact on the hips and knees.
Box Fit – High intensity full body workout that improves cardio fitness, muscle strength and endurance. Helps decrease stress and increases self confidence.
TRX Suspension Training – Low impact, full body workout that uses a suspension trainer to assist in strengthening muscles and improving core strength.
Personal Training – Individual or small group training that targets individual fitness needs and goals. Nutrition advice/coaching is also provided.
