ADAM WHITE

Adam graduated as a Physiotherapist from La Trobe University in 2009 and has extensive experience in managing musculoskeletal and sports injuries, having worked in private practice and elite sport settings in Melbourne and London.

Adam has been at Whittlesea Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates since 2017. Adam was a keen sportsman himself, having only recently retired from cricket after 20 years. He understands the demands that sport and life have on the body and aims to deliver optimal outcomes for his clients. Adam believes a thorough assessment and a collaborative treatment plan is the most effective way to deliver the best possible results.

Adam is passionate about helping clients to achieve their goals, whether they are elite athletes, weekend warriors or people who just want to be pain free. Adam combines his expert manual therapy skills with exercise prescription and education for effective treatment and injury prevention strategies. Adam has a special interest in spinal, shoulder and degenerative conditions that keep people from living an active life. Adam also runs our GLA:D™ Program for Hip and Knee Osteoarthritis.

Outside of work, Adam spends his time keeping active in the gym and running after his 2 kids.
