LUKE MCMURRAY
Luke McMurry graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Australian Catholic University in 2021, and he also holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences with a major in Physical Education and Health. He has diverse teaching experience across various settings.
Luke’s special interests include musculoskeletal and sports injuries, spinal injuries, neurological conditions, and post-surgical rehabilitation. As a CCMI certified concussion practitioner and a KLT Functional Strength trained coach, Luke is equipped to deliver specialised care in these areas.
Passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and return to their favourite activities, Luke’s treatment approach is patient-centred. He emphasises active treatment, manual therapy, and education. Believing in a holistic approach to rehabilitation, he incorporates functional training techniques to enhance recovery, strength, balance, and overall performance and functional capacity.
Luke’s extensive experience spans private practice, sports and community programs, acute cardiorespiratory wards, inpatient rehabilitation, hydrotherapy, and assisting clients with complex neurological conditions.
In his spare time, Luke enjoys travelling, surfing, exercising, and spending quality time with family and friends.
