Personal Training is exercise training under the supervi- sion and guidance of a personal trainer. Our personal training here at Whittlesea Physiotherapy is supervised by Nora who is a certified fitness instructor and health practitioner and has extensive experience working with a wide range of clients from beginners to elite athletes.

If you are interested in starting regular exercise or commencing a sport, we can guide you safely to improve your strength, flexibility and fitness. If you currently train but have been plateauing, we can assist you in reaching the next level. If you need guidance and advice regarding effective training without causing injury then we can create a program just for you.

We begin with a biomechanical analysis and goal assessment which enables us create a program for you to ensure your expectations and goals are met and your training is intense, safe and tailored to your needs. Private sessions are available or bring a friend or 2 along for a semi private session.

Nora specialises in Core Training, Suspension or TRX Training, Weights and Fitness Training, Martial Arts, Rehabilitation and Nordic Walking.
